Looking to sell your wedding items?

Tiffani's makes it easy to make money back your gently used wedding items. Below is a list of common questions, what we accept and do not accept and a copy of our contract. Please call if you have any questions.

Please note, we are very particular to what we will take in the store. We have a high selling rate due to our selection process. Please read the following thoroughly. You are also welcome to send us pictures for pre approval via email or Facebook.

The Small Details

What items do you take on consignment?

  • What we do take:    We will not accept anything with any kind of flaws, please thoroughly check your items before making the trip.

    • Wedding dresses 4 years or newer

    • Mother's Dresses 4 years or newer

    • Veils & Belts

  • What we DO NOT accept:

    • Bridesmaids dresses of any kind.

    • Decorations

    • Satin ballgowns, shoes and jewelry

    • Flower girl dresses.

    • Any sort of knock off designer items,  item's ordered from"china", "online" or "handmade wedding gowns". Our staff is trained in spotting these dresses. This is also an ethical issue for us. We don't accept them because of their poor structure and quality and also because these knock off gowns are a direct contributor to pollution and poor worker conditions and pay. 

What and when do I get paid?

  • Everything is a 50/50 split of the selling price.

  • We do not automatically send checks but you are able to call at anytime to check on your account. Tiffani is the only who has access to the accounts but is in almost daily. If you call while she is not in she will call you when she is in next with a account update.

Is there a fee to consign my items?

  • We do have small fee's for some of our items listed below. This covers the full term in the store.

    • Wedding Dress: $15

    • Formal Dress: $5

How do you price items?

  • Ultimately we price what you are looking to get back out of your items. We like to keep our prices 40-60% off normal retail.  We also take into consideration the condition of the items and popularity. If a dress is new with tags we can price it about 75% of the purchase price.

How long do my items stay in the store?

  • Your items stay in the store for 6 months.

  • You do have the option to do another term when your contract expires.

What happens when my contract expires?

  • You are responsible for getting in contact with us when your 6 month term has ended. You are more than welcome to renew for a new term, pickup your items or donate them. Please be aware that if we do not hear from you within a designated period of time after your contract expires, the items could be donated to a local charity.

What happens when my item sells?

Do you require appointments to bring my items in?

  • Absolutely not! Bring your items in during any normal business hours. Just be aware that there may be a short wait if you come in on weekends as those are our busiest days.

Do you ever run sales or negotiate pricing?

  • Occasionally we do run sales up to 20% off. In which case we always split the percentage off.
