Are all of your dresses used?

You'll be pleasantly surprised to hear that only about 2% of our dresses have been previously loved. We receive sampled or discontinued gowns from high end bridal stores throughout the country. So you are getting a new gown for a big discount. All of our gowns are of current style and in perfect condition!  Our bridal consultants are trained heavily on sizes and alterations.

Can you order dresses?

Tux and suit rentals are the only items that we custom order for our customers. All other items are off the rack and one of a kind. We carry over 300 bridal gowns, 350 Mother's dresses and thousands of accessories.

Do you require an appointment?

We do not require them to try any items on. But we do highly recommend bridal appointments as we prioritize them over walk ins and cannot guarantee a dressing room or personal consultant. We want you to have the best experience possible, so an appointment is desired.

Do you have a seamstress?

We have the best seamstress in the valley who works exclusively with us. Our staff is trained to be able to see what alterations may need to be done.
